1. NEW Fusion PCB Order Steps:
- Upload your design file (One file, one order!).
- Filling in the PCB parameters according to your file.
- Press “ADD TO CART” button to submit your purchase.
If design files meet the requirements, PCBs will be manufactured and shipped in 5-7 days (excluding the Chinese Festivals).

3. Gerber files requirements:
The following layers are needed:
- Top Layer: pcbname.GTL
- Inner Layer: pcbname.GL2
- Inner Layer: pcbname.GL3
- Bottom Layer: pcbname.GBL
- Solder Mask Top: pcbname.GTS
- Solder Mask Bottom: pcbname.GBS
- Silk Top: pcbname.GTO
- Silk Bottom: pcbname.GBO
- Drill Drawing: pcbname.TXT
- Board Outline：pcbname.GML/GKO
Note:
- The Gerber file must be RS-274x format.
- Fusion PCB do not support blind/burried vias.
4. PCB design tips:
- One Gerber file, one design.
- Drills line and long slot cannot be accepted.
- Minimum slot 1mm*2mm.
- DRC compatible as rule file attached.
- Please try to make your PCB width larger than 20mm to reduce manufacturing cost.
- PCB design must be in the length range (not area) of the dimensions you selected.
5. Panelizing
For the following services, you can panelize to save the cost, but you need to cut the board by yourself.

The rules of Panelizing:
- There should be no more than 5 sub-boards to fit the size.
- The sub-boards should only be separated by the silkscreen. Using any holes or slots to separate the sub-boards is not permitted.

需要以下層次：
- 頂層：pcbname.GTL
- 內層：pcbname.GL2

- 底層：pcbname.GBL
- 阻焊膜頂部：pcbname.GTS
- 阻焊底部：pcbname.GBS
- 頂級絲綢：pcbname.GTO
- 絲綢底部：pcbname.GBO
- 鑽圖：pcbname.TXT
- 板輪廓：pcbname.GML / GKO
注意：
- 格柏文件必須是RS-274X格式。
- 融合PCB不支持盲/埋孔。
4. PCB設計提示：
- 格柏一個文件，一個設計。
- 演習線和長槽不能接受。
- 最小插槽1毫米* 2mm左右。
- 剛果（金）的規則文件兼容的連接。
- 請盡量讓你的PCB寬度大於20mm，以降低生產成本。
- PCB設計必須在尺寸您選擇的長度範圍內（而不是區域）。
5. Panelizing
對於下面的服務，您可以panelize節省成本，但是你需要自己切板。

Panelizing的規則：
- 應該有不超過5分板，以適合的大小。
